When Global still makes sense

If you need the most “official” Global-facing installer path, simpler store-like packaging, or a safer default for beginners, Global is fine. For FPS-first and streamer setups, Chinese is usually the first build we test — then we only fall back if a specific title or anti-cheat path demands it.
